General Information:

Kids will get to learn about famous artists and make art inspired by them, as well as explore different art mediums and methods to unlock their own creativity!

Art projects are for so much more than just a break from “regular” school work. Allowing kids to tap into their creative side by teaching them new methods of art engages a different part of their brain than core subjects.

Art Projects  also help with color coordination, fine motor skills, patterns, scissor skills, and develop independence as well! Combining art and science with STEAM projects, is one of our favorite ways to learn!

We will explore several famous artists and create projects inspired by them. They will get to experiment with different art mediums and methods, and even get to create art with unorthodox materials. 

Kids will use Legos to create a wide range of projects that will help them have a hands-on learning experience with science! These STEAM activities are great for kids of all ages who love building with bricks!

We will have tons of fun exploring science, literacy, and math by building some amazing creations like:

• Catapults
• Marble      Runs
• Crayons
• Volcanoes
• …and more!

Kids of all ages are going to have a BLAST with Chemistry Summer Camp! This week of activities and projects is full of fun and learning. From capillary action to chemical reactions, and even fun edible treats that explore the chemistry of food, kids will have a full range of chemistry activities to learn from.

Science encourages curiosity and asking questions. We will explore chemistry experiments that encourage problem-solving skills and observation skills. 

Nature week is the perfect way to experience the outdoors in a guided way, all while learning and exploring the natural world! Kids will have fun exploring plant life, observing birds, discovering insect habitats, and more!

  This week will discover the layers of the ocean, how whales stay warm and learn all about beach erosion and more! The kids will have a blast exploring everything ocean related as well as many opportunities for outdoor water play activities!!

Kids of all ages will love exploring new physics experiments during this week! The week will be filled with hands on activities and we will be exploring topics like matter, surface tension, buoyancy, and much more!

We will be taking our students on an adventure from our classroom to outer space! We will spend the week learning about space and engage in space-themed experiments! We will learn all about the phases of the moon, how to build a space shuttle and a satellite, and all about constellations with exciting hands-on projects! 

Kids of all ages are going to have a BLAST with Water Science week! This week of activities and projects is full of fun and learning. From capillary action to physical changes, and even a DIY bouquet of flowers, kids will love exploring all the things you can do with water.

Making slime isn’t only just fun, it’s science! Kids will love making different types of slime while exploring scientific topics like: 

· What are activators and why do they matter?

· Why is one slime stretchy and another fluffy?

· How does one slime feel compared to another?
